Sakura Japanese restaurant opened in May 2008 offering Tallahassee residents with authentic japanese cuisine and the freshest sushi in town! Sakura is located in the heart of Tallahassee, in Midtown on N. Monroe between 6th and 7th Ave. We are in the Assembly Plaza, one block from Lake Ella.
Sakura, which means Cherry Blossoms, will offer every customer an "out of Tallahassee" dining experience as they enter the restaurant. The glassy blue ceiling and the dark wood floors are not the only unique features about Sakura, but as well as the cuisine and the presentation. You will be amazed by the flaming sushi roll or sashimis served on glowing ice sculptures made specially for you!
